Cook's Lake

Four Wheeled up into the Black Hills to Cook's Lake, what a great place, peaceful and it was about 25 miles into the woods south of Huelet, WY

On the way we passed some horses that had gotten out of their fencing
They are Beautiful

Before we went to the lake we went back into Devil's Tower and listened to a ranger explain how to climb the Tower. They asked if anyone would like to try it, Debbie said that she would pass, so I agreed and off to Cook's Lake we went. The Ranger told us about a guy that climbed to the top and could not get down. They couldn't get him for weeks, but local pilots started dropping him food and he just camped out up there and waited
